She specializes in the legal aspects of commercial collections, conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation with the highest industry standards and professionalism. Elizabeth is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences for every client.
Jesse brings more than 15 years of expertise in Client Relations, Business Development, and Strategic Leadership to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Ryan & Jacobs. In this capacity, she leads company-wide operations, overseeing all team members and ensuring that strategic planning and operation efforts align with the firm’s long-term vision and goals.
Jesse is known for her ability to drive operational efficiency while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. She is highly skilled in mediation, conflict resolution, team building, and mentorship—skills that are critical to leading dynamic teams and navigating complex organizational challenges.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and is currently pursuing her MBA, deepening her knowledge in executive leadership and operational strategy.

Jaime Duggan is an attorney and founder of Duggan & Associates, PLLC. Jaime focuses her practice on providing strategic, client-centered legal counsel to individuals, families and businesses navigating complex and often life-changing legal matters. She began her legal career at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas while in law school, where she gained valuable insight into the real-world challenges people face when seeking access to justice and effective legal representation.
Jaime chose to work in private practice because she believes every person and every small business deserves principled, effective legal counsel. She is deeply committed to ensuring her clients understand the legal process and the protections available to them, empowering them to make informed decisions that impact their lives and futures. Her goal is to provide every client with thoughtful, strategic, and well-informed legal services.
Jaime understands that not all legal disputes require courtroom intervention and places a strong emphasis on helping clients pursue efficient and practical resolutions when possible. Jessica has over a decade of experience in the client services industry, having held various roles across Human Resources, Real Estate, and now as the Director of Client Services.
Throughout her career, she has remained focused on building and maintaining trust with clients, always striving to exceed expectations and deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Florida State University and has further honed her skills through studies in Culinary Arts at Collin College. She also obtained her Real Estate license in 2013, which has provided her with a unique perspective in her client service approach.
Farrah is an experienced accounting and operations professional with over a decade of success managing financial processes and optimizing systems for growth. She has led collections portfolios for several large corporations, including one with over $3 billion in assets. Known for her structured, solutions-driven approach (and her unapologetic love for a perfectly built spreadsheet), Farrah specializes in streamlining accounting workflows, improving operational efficiency, and building scalable processes that drive long-term results. Originally from the Northeast, she is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently pursuing her MBA.
