Jessica has over a decade of experience in the client services industry, having held various roles across Human Resources, Real Estate, and now as the Director of Client Services.
Throughout her career, she has remained focused on building and maintaining trust with clients, always striving to exceed expectations and deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Florida State University and has further honed her skills through studies in Culinary Arts at Collin College. She also obtained her Real Estate license in 2013, which has provided her with a unique perspective in her client service approach.
Farrah is an experienced accounting and operations professional with over a decade of success managing financial processes and optimizing systems for growth. She has led collections portfolios for several large corporations, including one with over $3 billion in assets. Known for her structured, solutions-driven approach (and her unapologetic love for a perfectly built spreadsheet), Farrah specializes in streamlining accounting workflows, improving operational efficiency, and building scalable processes that drive long-term results. Originally from the Northeast, she is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently pursuing her MBA.
Doug Hofmann brings over 30 years of industry experience to his role as Vice President of Training at Ryan & Jacobs. With a deep background in bankruptcy, law, and collections, Doug has built a career marked by leadership, operational excellence, and results-driven strategies.
Throughout his career, Doug has held key executive roles, including co-owning and managing a bankruptcy law firm in a non-attorney capacity. His leadership was instrumental in overseeing all aspects of firm operations. Additionally, he co-owned a debt settlement company, further expanding his expertise across the financial and legal services landscape.
Doug is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and is recognized for his ability to develop effective training programs, lead high-performing teams, and translate complex industry knowledge into practical, results-oriented solutions.
